Director of Resident Care/Director of Nursing - Spring Hills Mount Vernon is looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) to head a team of nurses and caregivers devoted to providing exceptional care to our residents. This position is responsible for coordinating and managing the nursing program in accordance with state and company policy. You will directly oversee the delivery of care to residents to ensure that emotional, physical, psychological and safety needs are met. 

Requirements 4 year degree, RN in good standing, state appropriate Nursing License, excellent organization, communication and leadership skills

LPN  - Provide the highest level of personal care by performing the daily clinical aspect of the Nursing Department, functioning to meet all residents’ needs.

CNA and Medication Tech. - PT/FT - Exceed resident expectations by assisting them with their activities of daily living.  Enable them to lead a quality life while maintaining their dignity.


Dietary Supervisor to lead by example, providing exceptional customer service in our restaurant style dining room. Responsible for providing quality dining experience to all, overseeing dining room staff in the absence of the Director of Dining Services and maintaining a pleasant and clean dining environment.

Dietary Server F/T & P/T -Serve chef inspired meals in our fine dining room.  Breakfast Lunch and Dinner is overseen by our Head Chef and prepared by our highly skilled cooks. Our wait staff provides an exquisite dining experience through formal restaurant-style service, uncompromising levels of attention to service excellence, and maintaining a clean and pleasant dining atmosphere.
